We are a team of licensed mental health professionals providing therapy services for individuals, couples, and families all ages. Our mission is to assist clients with development of greater self-awareness and fulfillment that lead to increased confidence, peace, independence, and wellness.

We offer a variety of counseling services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

Can I schedule a consultation with my desired therapist?

Accepted Answer

Often times, our therapist have busy schedules and are unable to find a time outside of therapy sessions for consultations. However, when booking an appointment, if you inform our Client Relations Specialist of specifics you are looking for with your therapist, we will do our best to match you with someone who may work for you. If one therapist does not work, we encourage you to continue to "shop around" for a therapist that meets your needs. We encourage you to advocate for your needs to be met.

What are your fees? Do you take my insurance?

Accepted Answer

We accept most major insurances and are pending to take Medicaid and Tricare clients. Don't fret, if we do not accept your insurance, you can pay out of pocket. We also have Graduate Student Interns whom are in the final process of earning their Master's degree within the counseling field, and under the supervision of a fully licensed mental health provider, and provide a discounted rate for therapy services.

I have booked an appointment, what's next?

Congratulations on making a decision to join therapy! We hope to make this journey as smooth and helpful as possible.
If you provided us your insurance in the appointment request form, we will follow up within 48 hours of scheduling appointment to provide you with your copay.
*** Immediately upon scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from our Client Portal with intake documents that will need to be completed before the time of your scheduled appointment. This will help your therapist to be aware of your presenting challenge, and jump right into supporting you. 
Please note: All therapy sessions are held virtual at this time for clients in the State of Texas.

How do I access the virtual appointment with my therapist?

You will receive a link via text and email with link to your appointment. You can use a phone, computer, or smart device to access your appointment. You will be prompted to download our health record system app, SimplePractice, if you are using a phone or smart device/tablet.

Why do I need to put a card on file?

We ask for a card to be on file to charge only when services are rendered, or in the event of a late cancellation or no show. Your card is encrypted into our health record system and is not capable of been stolen or misused. 
We ask you to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make a scheduled appt or you will be charged full self-pay rate for individual, couples, family, or group sessions. The expectation of cancelling appointments at an appropriate time practices professionalism, allows staff to fill your reserved time, and creates boundaries for clinician’s time and dedication to the profession. Please understand your insurance does not reimburse for charges related to missed or late cancelled appointments.

How do I attend my virtual therapy session?

You will receive an email and text message at least 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time with a link to access your therapy session.

Question 10

How long are therapy sessions?

Accepted Answer

Usually sessions are 55 minutes for individual, family and couples sessions. If you would like longer sessions, insurance does not pay for the extended time, and you are required to pay out of pocket.
